We apologize for the inconvenience, but our shipping and inquiry services will be closed for the New Year holidays from December 28, 2024 to January 5, 2025.
(Online store orders are accepted 24 hours a day.)

[Regarding shipping of small items (shoes, supporters, apparel) during the New Year holiday period]
For small items, shipping before the New Year holiday will be limited to orders and payment confirmations received by December 26th.
Orders placed after December 27th will be shipped sequentially from January 6th, 2025 onwards.

[Regarding shipping of free weight equipment (racks, barbells, weight benches, plates, dumbbells, and other heavy or large items) during the New Year holiday period]
Free weight equipment will be shipped before the New Year's holiday period only if the order and payment are confirmed by December 24th. (For large items, multiple orders, and orders to remote locations, orders and payments confirmed by December 16th will be shipped before the New Year's holiday period.)
Orders placed after December 25th will be shipped starting from January 6th, 2025.
Large items will be shipped by Seino Transportation and will not be available for delivery during Seino Transportation's New Year's holiday period.
