This training collar is made of metal and is highly durable. Compared to the one-touch type made of resin, it can securely fix the plates to the barbell. It has a compact size with a thickness of 36 mm, and is compatible with short-sleeve barbells and dumbbell shafts.

The product is packed in a cardboard box with a plastic inner bag, but since it has been transported for a long time, please note the following:
- Stains, dents, scratches, or tears on cardboard boxes
- The inner bag is torn and the product has minor scratches.

Note
New training collars come with a white plastic washer attached to the handle. Be sure to remove this washer before use. If the washer is still attached, the collar may not be able to be securely attached to the barbell.
