The Seal Row Bench is packed with features that will appeal to both lifters and operators, and its robust construction allows for safe and secure training.
The lifter allows you to choose the position that's best for you. Easy-to-operate pop-pins allow you to adjust the bench height in 30mm increments, with 10 settings ranging from 675mm to 945mm above the floor.
Lifters can choose to start with the barbell on the ground or with the bar hooks positioned 265mm above the floor.
The J-cups and underside of the bench are equipped with plastic liners to protect the bench and barbell, maintaining performance over time.
