This product, the "Rack Mount Curl Bar," is a long type EZ curl bar with a sleeve-to-sleeve distance of 131 cm , the same dimensions as a regular Olympic shaft. Therefore, it is compatible with almost all power racks and half racks . The following benefits are available when you set it:

• Plates can be easily attached and detached

• No need to lift off the ground, you can start arm curls at any height

• By setting the rack's J-cups at a high position, you can safely and comfortably perform exercises such as the Skull Crusher (lying tricep extension).
