ROGUE Seal Row Bench

The ROGUE Seal Row Bench is uniquely optimized for both dumbbell and barbell Seal Row exercises (also known as bench pulls), and uses Rogue's exclusive 28.5mm cambered barbell, the Seal Row Bar, to allow for a wide range of motion.

The bench body is constructed from 3" x 3" and 2" x 3" 11 gauge steel with an MG Black finish, black bolts, 43" distance between posts (same as Rogue's standard power racks) and 1" accessory holes spaced 2" apart. At 44.5" high, the bench pad is slightly taller than comparable Seal Row units, and this height, along with the Diamond Tread folding step attachment, makes it comfortable for athletes of all sizes.

Every Seal Row Bench comes with Monster 1" Sandwich J-Cups in MG Black and a laser cut bolt-on ROGUE brand plate with stainless steel backing. It also comes with a UHMW plastic cover on the bottom of the bench pad back frame to protect both the barbell and the bench unit in the event that the athlete reaches full range of motion and the bar hits the bench pad back frame.
