This product, the "Cerakote Short Sleeve Power Bar," is a Cerakote version of the GYMWAY Short Sleeve Power Bar, which has a full Olympic shaft and is easy to handle with a total length of 190 cm .
With a total length of 190 cm, it can be easily maneuvered even in four-and-a-half or six-tatami mat rooms, which are common in Japanese home gyms, and the sleeves are long enough that they can be used for serious training.
Furthermore, the length of 190 cm is almost the same as the width of a ROGUE half rack or an MBC original rack when plate storage is attached, making it very easy to change plates when used in combination, and it is also a great match for those racks.
