ROGUE HG 2.0 color

Version 2.0 of the Rogue HG Collars introduces several new features, including spring in tabs for quicker release, improved rubber pads for better grip on the bar sleeve, and stainless steel hardware. The HG Collar's patented locking mechanism provides a vice-like hold even through repeated drops, and the quick tab release makes them as easy to attach and remove as traditional spring clips, while providing superior long-term performance.

Elevating your heels over an inclined wedge during squats has been shown to increase your range of motion, improve your form, and better target the quadriceps above the knee, particularly the VMO (vastus medialis intermedius), helping to stabilize and strengthen the knee joint and reducing the risk of future injury.

Patented locking mechanism

The HG 2.0 collar's innovative clamping mechanism is patented for its fast-locking action and distinctive red tabs. In Version 2.0, we've added a spring to the tab, making it easier to lock down the collars and quickly remove them as the athlete works through the routine. No more slipping off the bar, no more wondering if the collars are locked in.

Improved design, better bar protection

The HG collar is made from lightweight, durable nylon resin with a smooth contact surface that won't scratch plates or bars, and features a new and improved rubber padding for improved grip on bar sleeves, premium stainless steel hardware, and an embossed Rogue HG logo.
