Product Description

The ROGUE SB-1 Safety Squat Bar has never made squatting easier.

The weight balance of this bar is unique. Training with the Rogue Safety Squat Bar is known to load the muscle groups in the back of the body (erector spinae, glutes, hamstrings, etc.).
The weight balance is between the front squat and the high bar back squat, providing variation in power output training. This bar is known for maximizing training volume compared to the traditional back squat.

*Cerakote is highly corrosion resistant, but can wear off over time due to metal-to-metal contact, especially on the sleeve.
