This product, the "Weightlifting Change Plate," is a highly accurate and durable change plate with a rubber coating.
The IWF standard color rubber coating is applied to the inside of the plate holes, effectively reducing noise during training. Ideal for weightlifting and quick lifts, and also recommended for home training users who are concerned about noise.
