The Echo Gym Timer features a single-sided, clear LED display, convenient remote access, and dozens of pre-set and programmable interval settings for a truly customizable experience. The timer can be mounted on a wall or used in conjunction with the Echo Floor Stand . The Echo Gym Timer is also available in a two-sided version .

The Echo Gym Timer 's display screen measures 25.25" x 7.75" and features large, bright 4" numbers that show the time in red and the round in green, making it visible from hundreds of feet away. This makes it easy for coaches, trainers and gym owners to program the timer for use by large groups of athletes at the same time.

Up to 10 custom programs can be stored in the timer, and the included remote allows individual users to pause, mute, and reprogram the timer from their work station. You can freely change the number of rounds, rest periods, and work periods, and even switch from a countdown to a countup. There are also multiple unique preset modes to get you started right away, including a "Tabata Timer" and a "Fight Gone Bad Timer."
