Product Description

This product, the "Russian Dumbbell Shaft," is a weight-adjustable dumbbell that can be fitted with a Russian collar thanks to its special sleeve structure.

The one-touch, latch-fastened Russian collar allows for quick plate changes and reduces the risk of plate dropping, which could not be prevented with traditional barbell collars that rely on friction.
(You can also use regular barbell collars other than Russian collars.)

The sleeve has the same rotating mechanism as the Olympic shaft, which rotates smoothly and reduces the strain on the wrist. The shaft is coated with a ceramic coating (Cerakote) that has excellent abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and grip feeling.
