The MBC Adjustable Bench Compact is a newly designed adjustable bench optimized for home gyms .
Although it is lightweight and compact, it does not sacrifice durability or functionality, and is designed to be suitable for competitive practice .

Main Features:

• The height and width when flat comply with IPF standards.
• Ladder back design allows 10 different angle adjustments .
• The upright design allows for compact storage and saves space.

This product was completed after making use of the experience we have gained from our past products and conducting extensive testing in a 4.5 tatami mat home gym.

• 6mm hexagonal wrench x 1
• 1 pair of 19mm spanners/wrenches

Please note:

• Do not use power tools; assemble using hand tools.
• Iron sand or other particles may remain inside the frame; please remove this before assembly.
• Any strange noises or sticking from the moving parts will disappear with use, but please lubricate them as necessary.
