Important points to note when returning an item :

• Must contact us in advance by email or phone
• The product will need to be repackaged in its original packaging
• The outer packaging must be kept for 30 days after delivery.
• If you return the product for your own reasons, the following fees will be charged: shipping fee, return shipping fee, refund fee, and payment fee.
• Products other than MBC original equipment cannot be returned after opening.

Assembly precautions

• Required tools: 1 x 19mm spanner/wrench
• Assemble with hand tools, do not use power tools
• Iron sand may come out of the frame, so we recommend removing it from the hole in the frame before assembly.
• Be careful not to tighten the seat fixing bolts too much.

Note

• The iron sand coming out of the holes in the frame poses no danger when used.
• Be careful when tightening the bolts. Use of hand tools is recommended to prevent damage to the screw holes.
