This narrow arm type is lightweight and features a magnetic fixing pin, making it easier to set up.
The design prevents contact with the plates during training, making it ideal for use in private or home gyms.

Because it is compact in size vertically, it can be installed close to the J-cup, making it suitable for exercises such as bench press.

• Power rack (outside posts and inside posts 30 inches or more apart)

*With the Narrow Safety Arm 2.0, the fixing pin can be inserted from the front, making it compatible with racks with Smith attachments.
