• Shipping size and package weight :
  The largest box containing the supports measures 175cm x 30cm x 9cm , and the heaviest box weighs approximately 30kg .

• Regarding delivery date and time :

  • For private homes : Seino Transportation does not accept specific delivery dates and times, so arrangements will need to be made at the nearest branch office.
  • For stores and businesses : Only date can be specified; time cannot be specified.
  • To be held at a Seino Transportation Office : If you wish to have the parcel held at a Seino Transportation Office, please specify the address. The parcel will be stored for 10 days.
