A weight stack type lat pulldown/low row attachment that can be mounted on an MBC original rack. This attachment is exclusively for the MBC Half Rack Standard 210cm (Type 1, 1.5, 2) and MBC Power Rack Standard 210cm (Type 1, 2, 3, 4).

This product will be delivered by Seino Transportation. Delivery will be to your doorstep. Seino Transportation delivery staff cannot carry or set up the product inside the building. Deliveries to condominiums, buildings, and apartment buildings will generally be made at the first floor entrance. In addition, if the delivery address is in an area where Seino Transportation cannot deliver, or is located at the back of an alley where a 4-ton truck cannot enter, the item will be handed over at the nearest Seino Transportation office. If you purchase other products at the same time, they may be delivered separately from this product by Yamato Transport, Japan Post, Sagawa Express, etc.
[Shipping size and packaging weight] MBC's original racks divide boxes into as small pieces as possible for transportation into condominiums and apartments. For a 210cm rack, the largest box with the support poles stored is 205cm x 30cm x 9cm, and for a 180cm rack, the largest box with the support poles stored is 175cm x 30cm x 9cm. It is not normal for a product to not fit into an elevator or pass through a door when delivered. The heaviest box weighs approximately 30kg.
[About specifying delivery date and time]
*For private homes For deliveries of large free weight equipment to private residences, it is not possible to specify a delivery date and time as the delivery company, Seino Transportation (Kangaroo Delivery), does not currently accept requests for specific delivery dates and times to private residences. Therefore, the item will be shipped without a specified date and time, but the delivery date and time can be adjusted to some extent by contacting the nearest Seino Transportation office after the item has been shipped and making arrangements. When delivering free weights to private homes, if the recipient is not at home and a second delivery is required, this places a heavy burden on the delivery staff. Therefore, if you are often not at home, we ask that you make arrangements to receive the item beforehand if possible.
・Meeting method After the product has been shipped, please contact the nearest Seino Transportation office by phone and provide the inquiry number and the date and time that you can receive the product. The delivery store can be confirmed using the confirmation URL that will be sent to you via email when the product is shipped.
We have also asked Seino Transportation to contact the recipient by phone before delivery, but the sooner the recipient contacts us the easier it will be to arrange the desired date and time.

Compatible racks and additional parts required for installation

-MBC Half Rack Standard 210cm Type 1.5, Type 2, please purchase the optional 110cm bottom cross member.
-MBC Power Rack Standard 210cm Type 1, Type 2, please purchase the optional 110cm bottom cross member.
For MBC Power Rack Standard 210cm Type 3, move the 110cm bottom cross member that comes standard with the rack to the bottom of the posts.

When installing the Lat Pulldown/Low Row attachment on the racks listed below, an additional 20cm of space is required from the end of the rack. The total height of the lat pull attachment is 220 cm, but since assembly is difficult if there is not a gap of about 10 cm between the attachment and the ceiling, the ceiling of the installation location must be at least 230 cm high.
For Power Rack Types 1, 2, and 3, installing a lat pull attachment will cause the bottom cross member to interfere, making it difficult to bench press inside. To perform bench presses, you need to use the outside of the power rack as shown in the image below. (By connecting the lat pull attachment, which weighs approximately 190 kg in total, to the back side, the rack becomes more stable and you can use the outside of the rack.)
It can be installed after converting it into a power rack or half rack using MBC original rack conversion parts. At this time, it is not possible to attach it in the form of a squat stand.

There are some racks that can be installed at the same time and some that cannot. Please try the following methods.
1) Please make sure the floor is completely flat. If the floor is inclined, move it to a flat surface or adjust the flooring to make the floor flat. 2) Try loosening both small bolts on the guide rod top nuts. Overtightening these bolts can cause the shaft to contact the weight. 3) Check if the shaft is properly assembled to the top weight stack. There is a locking pin inside the hole of the top weight stack. Normally, the shaft is firmly assembled and fixed in the top weight stack.

If the pin at the bottom of the weight stack gets caught, the floor where you are installing it may be slightly tilted. Even a slight tilt of the floor can cause the bottom of the rod to shift by several millimeters from side to side, which can cause the pin to get caught. (Look at the bottom of the weight stack. If the tip of the rod is not in the center of the hole but is far to the right or left, it is likely that the inclination of the floor is the cause.) As a solution to this problem, we recommend inserting something like a thin rubber washer into the rubber ring at the bottom of the guide rod to correct the slight tilt.
The top weight stack is secured to the shaft by a locking pin. This is not an abnormality.
Although it depends on the size of the adjustable bench and the height of the user, when the lat pull attachment is attached to the MBC Half Rack Standard 210cm Type 1 and Type 1.5, the backrest angle on the larger MBC Adjustable Bench can only be set to about 15° to 30°. (In the case of the MBC Adjustable Bench Compact, it can be set to about 30° to 37.5°.)
