Plastic dead wedges are a sturdy, portable alternative to a deadlift jack.
Made from lightweight, highly durable engineering plastic, it makes it easy to replace plates on barbells weighing over 300 kg.
There is a magnet built into the back, so after use it can be attached to the metal part of a rack or plate storage for storage.

How to use

1. Place a dead wedge on the innermost plate.

2. Roll the plate onto the dead wedge to change the weight.

3. After changing the weight, roll the plate and slowly lower the barbell.
