Rogue's Post Landmine offers a simple, portable solution to improve athletes' overall explosive power and range of motion. Suitable for use in anything from garage gyms to professional training centers, this freestanding Landmine requires no existing rig, rack, or squat stand to be set up, and can be used with just a stack of bumper plates or two 45lb metal plates, making it an easy way to get started with angled barbell training.

Made in the USA, the Post Landmine features a 10" bar insert sleeve made from 7 gauge steel that fits most standard Olympic barbells. This sleeve allows for a smooth 360 degree range of motion, making it a must-have for rotational exercises like the Landmine Press, Landmine Row and Standing Barbell Russian Twist.

NOTE : Post Landmine's 7.25" base post will also mount to the Rogue Dog Sled and ROGUE BUTCHER V2 upright openings.
