review
Dear KUBOTA,
As I aim to be the best in Japan in powerlifting, I decided that it would be difficult to improve my record further through self-taught training, so I asked Nakazawa to create a program and provide online coaching. I had known Nakazawa through social media and recognized him as someone who was particularly skilled in conditioning. There are many people who can create individual programs and correct form, but I thought that Nakazawa was the only one who was good at conditioning and could look at the body comprehensively, so I had no choice but to choose Nakazawa as my coach. In conclusion, this choice was the right one. Since it was my first time receiving online instruction, I was worried at first whether I would be able to correct my form, but the feedback on my daily training videos was quick and accurate, and the form of the BIG3 improved in no time. The program provides a customized version for me, including the warm-up. In addition, I was very grateful that the menu could be adjusted at any time to suit my circumstances, even during the program, which was a great help when I was busy at work. And above all, he has a wonderful personality, and I could tell that he was truly happy about my growth, which made me happy and motivated me even more. The results of Nakazawa's guidance are clearly visible in my records, and during the 9-week peaking program, I was able to achieve significant improvements in my records: SQ: 195 → 205 (+10kg) BP: 130 → 137.5 (+7.5kg) DL: 225 → 235 (+10kg). (Although there were some weights that I couldn't lift in the competition, I definitely gained strength.) I definitely couldn't have improved my records so much in such a short period of time on my own. I am truly grateful to Nakazawa. I don't think there is any other high-level Japanese coach who can comprehensively look at the body, including the conditioning aspect, other than Nakazawa. I wholeheartedly recommend Nakazawa's online coaching to those who want to become stronger as a BIG3, especially those who want to improve their physical function.
Mr. TANABE
I have been training as a self-taught full gear power athlete for a little over two years. I happened to know Nakazawa on social media and he coached me for a month. The content was minor changes to my form, programs, and conditioning. I think what makes Nakazawa different from other coaches is that he instructs proper care, quickly notices changes in my form and body, and gives me high-quality feedback! Even if you don't know if your way of care is correct, or don't know the appropriate way or how to incorporate it, you can receive guidance that is tailored to you. Even if you have reached a certain level, I think it is very different to be able to get the latest information from a perspective that you don't have. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is training without knowing the importance of care! (laughs) In addition, I also had him improve my form a little. Whenever I improve my form, I always take a video and watch it over several times, and then repeat a few sets the next time before finally reaching my goal. When Nakazawa looks at my form, he immediately gives me accurate advice, so I was surprised many times while receiving coaching! I knew it myself, but no one had ever told me, and he was able to pinpoint even my unconscious movements (laughs). Compared to the advice I've received from anyone, including myself, the amount of work and the speed are so different that I'm seeing incredible growth! I was also surprised that I hardly felt like "Today is heavier than usual." Since the coaching was only for a short span of one month, I didn't see a big increase in weight, but on a good day, I tried lifting heavy weights and the maximum I could improve was: No gear BP: 75kg, stagnant, but +5kg Full gear DL: 170kg, stagnant for about a year and a half, but +10kg, but still light! Full gear SQ: 190kg. Although it wasn't a successful attempt, I can now easily handle weights that were previously heavy! (Other events have not been measured) I'm amazed at the changes I've seen in just one month! He's a kind person and answers my questions sincerely, so I can confidently recommend him to anyone!
Dear Nishimura,
(Coach: Trainer Nakazawa)
I took Nakazawa's program for 8 weeks. First, we had a meeting, and it was really good that he clarified my current weaknesses and challenges and set goals for me. I'm more motivated to work on it! Next, the actual program. I was able to complete it with just the right amount of fatigue, and I was surprised and pleased to see that the menu reflected a lot of what we discussed in the meeting. The coach responded quickly and was able to solve any questions I had through communication, which was very reassuring. He didn't just present his ideas, but he respected the opinions of the athletes, so I was able to consult with him easily. I always decided my own menu and trained, so I often lost motivation, but having a set menu allowed me to maintain my motivation and successfully complete the program, and most of all, the 8 weeks were fun and went by in a flash! I would like to take the course again someday.
