Biography

He is responsible for improving the physical condition of many athletes, including Japan's national team players, in sports such as rugby, American football, and lacrosse.
He has also worked as a personal trainer for over 10 years and has ample experience in training not only athletes but also the general public.
In 2016, he won the 120kg class at the Japan Classic Bench Press Championship and placed 6th at the World Championships.
In 2017, he lifted 227.5 kg, which was the then Japanese record.
He then moved to powerlifting, winning the +120kg class at the 2018 Japan Classic Powerlifting Championships.
His specialties are strength training to strengthen the body and muscles, and setting loads that suit each individual's condition.

Thanks to rugby, I was able to meet many great strength coaches. Of course, there were coaches with various backgrounds. I received coaching from a variety of backgrounds, including track and field, rugby, and university research. There was one thing that made a strong impression on me during this experience.

First, don't stray too far from the basics when it comes to weight training. Focus on the base and then work on something extra, and even if you get injured during a competition, change your approach and keep adding stimulation. It's important to continue training. In addition to that, be thorough with the loading cycle. Just because you're feeling good, don't increase the weight and do training that will damage your performance in the match. Be thorough with what you need to do now. And above all, enjoy your training, and in order to do that, you need to see visible results and be able to experience your growth. Kinoshita is a coach who fits this perfectly.
