1. Bolt installation

   • Attach the included installation bolts to the rack posts. Be sure to attach the flat washers and spring washers correctly in the positions shown in the photo.

2. Tighten the bolts

   • Use a tool (30mm wrench or adjustable spanner) to tighten firmly until the spring washer is flat.

3. Equipped with a resin holder

   • Screw the plastic holder onto the mounting bolt by hand to secure it firmly in place.

• This product is for use with small plates and barbell collars only . Do not place weights on, stand on, or hang from it.
• Be sure to push the plates and collars all the way in and not to the outer edge of the holder.
