A Smith machine attachment that can be installed on MBC's original rack with a total height of 210 cm. By adding it to the rack, you can perform exercises such as Smith machine squats, Bulgarian squats, lunges, military presses, back presses, bench presses, and incline bench presses. This product is designed with commercial-level strength, and by combining a 30mm diameter sliding rod with two pairs of large linear bushings, it achieves high rigidity and smooth movement. The bar has a diameter of 30mm, an initial weight of 22.5kg and has the Naar mark engraved at 40.5cm and 45.5cm from the centre.

This product will be delivered by Seino Transportation. Delivery will be to your doorstep. Seino Transportation delivery staff cannot carry or set up the product inside the building. [Shipping size and packaging weight] MBC's original racks divide boxes into as small pieces as possible for transportation into condominiums and apartments. For a 210cm rack, the largest box with the support poles stored is 205cm x 30cm x 9cm, and for a 180cm rack, the largest box with the support poles stored is 175cm x 30cm x 9cm. It is not normal for a product to not fit into an elevator or pass through a door when delivered. The heaviest box weighs approximately 30kg.
[About specifying delivery date and time]
*For private homes For deliveries of large free weight equipment to private residences, it is not possible to specify a delivery date and time as the delivery company, Seino Transportation (Kangaroo Delivery), does not currently accept requests for specific delivery dates and times to private residences. Therefore, the item will be shipped without a specified date and time, but the delivery date and time can be adjusted to some extent by contacting the nearest Seino Transportation office after the item has been shipped and making arrangements. When delivering free weights to private homes, if the recipient is not at home and a second delivery is required, this places a heavy burden on the delivery staff. Therefore, if you are often not at home, we ask that you make arrangements to receive the item beforehand if possible.
・Meeting method After the product has been shipped, please contact the nearest Seino Transportation office by phone and provide the inquiry number and the date and time that you can receive the product. The delivery store can be confirmed using the confirmation URL that will be sent to you via email when the product is shipped.

FAQ
There will be interference with the "MBC Half Rack Standard 210cm Type 1" and "MBC Half Rack Standard 210cm Type 1.5". The "MBC Half Rack Standard 210cm Type 2" can be used without interference.
There is no built-in counterweight, and the initial weight of the bar is approximately 22.5 kg.
The Smiths attachment can also be installed on the lower unattached rack. However, the lower unconnected rack may have its supports tilted slightly inward or outward due to subtle distortion of the metal caused by heat during welding. This slight tilt, which is not a problem in normal use, may interfere with the smooth operation of the Smith attachment. This is not a safety issue, and in the case of particularly high precision components that do not have the slightest distortion caused by the heat of welding, it may not be an issue at all. If such a problem does occur, it can be dealt with to some extent by inserting a spacer into the upper connecting part and fine-tuning the angle of the support pillar to be vertical.
