ROGUE DONKEY

The ROGUE Donkey is a hybrid of the Z Hyper Reverse Hyper Machine and the Abram GHD2.0 Glute Ham Developer. It allows you to perform reverse hyper extensions, rows, back and hip extensions, GHD sit-ups and glute ham raises in one machine, and the height and comfort can be adjusted quickly and easily. This makes it a space-efficient and cost-effective new machine for all your training needs, from core strengthening and midline stabilization to lower back rehabilitation and spinal decompression.

Made in the USA with 3x3" 11-gauge steel base tubing, the ROGUE Donkey's first innovation is its diamond-treaded GHD footplate, which features a built-in side handle for reverse hypers. A convenient swing arm adjustment system allows athletes to easily move the footplate/handle forward or backward with 10 settings (just pull the pop pin) and 3 vertical height settings. Plate mounting posts are 10.5" long on each side for weight customization.

The Donkey has a 3"x3" framed step on the front and back, making it easy to step onto the pad from either side. The pad is 3.5" thick and 34" wide, with an extended lip at the front to protect the user's lower back and a curved design at the back like the GHD2.0 pad. There is also a removable middle insert pad that provides more comfort and freedom of movement for male athletes when performing back extensions with their feet on the tread plate.

It's finished in our signature textured black powder coat and comes standard with rubber feet to protect and maintain stability on your gym floor. It also comes with a pair of Accelerator Collars and Spud Inc Reverse Hyper Straps.

Donkey Add-on Option

For those who own a Rogue Z Hyper and want to upgrade their existing machine to a Rogue Donkey, we offer a conversion kit that includes all the components needed to connect the swingarm adjustment system, GHD rollers, foot plates and extended base tubes.
