ROGUE Resin Squat Wedges - Pair

The Rogue Polymer Squat Wedge is a lightweight, economical priced alternative (or complement) to our steel squat wedges. Measuring 13" wide and 6" deep, this wedge has a standard 10 degree slope and 1" rear height. Made in Michigan from the same compression molded, 100% recycled plastic as our popular polymer plyo boxes.

Elevating your heels over an inclined wedge during squats has been shown to increase range of motion, improve form, and better target the quadriceps above the knee, particularly the VMO (vastus medialis intermedius), helping to stabilize and strengthen the knee joint and reducing the risk of future injury.

The resin squat wedge design features debossed Rogue branding and heel height lines marked with 0.5", 0.75" and 1". Reinforcing rib construction at the base ensures strength and integrity of the heavy wedge.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE THE ROGUE POLYMER SQUAT WEDGE ON HARD OR SLICK SURFACES WHERE SLIP-OUTS ARE ABNORMAL AND MAY CAUSE INJURY.
