Rogue Parallel Landmine Handle
Rogue's Parallel Landmine Handles can be used in conjunction with a Rogue Landmine , Post Landmine , or Monster Landmine . Available in a 1.9" Fat Grip or 1.3" standard diameter, this compact attachment securely attaches to the end of any Olympic barbell, just like a traditional Landmine Handle . The difference is in the design, Parallel Handles have a triangular , rowing handle-inspired shape and feature laser-cut steel plates similar to the Monster Grip Triangle .

The seamless interior and chamfered edges of the connecting tube are designed to prevent damage to the bar sleeve during repeated use, and the unique molded shape of the handle keeps it out of the way during training.

All Rogue Parallel Landmine Handles feature an 8.75" handle length and a black powder coat finish to provide optimal grip. These handles can be used for landmine rows, pulls, presses, rotational training and more.
