[Exchange period and conditions]

• The exchange period is within 7 days from the date of arrival of the product. If the period has passed, we will not be able to accept the exchange.
• Eligible for exchange: Unused items, tried on only, no stains or wrinkles. All accessories, including packaging, must be included.
• When trying on shoes, wear clean socks and do so in a clean indoor area.

[Replacement procedure]

1. Please pack the item in accordance with the above conditions and return it to the following address, prepaid:

2. Once we receive your item, we will ship the replacement within 3-5 business days.

[Shipping Fee]

• One-way free shipping service applies : For each order, we will cover the shipping cost of the first size exchange (return shipping costs are borne by the customer).
• Not applicable : For second or subsequent exchanges or if the conditions are not met, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

If the product is not eligible for the service or is out of stock, we may offer a refund instead of an exchange. Please check the notes in the form for details.
