About use

This is your MBC POWER Gym ticket.

• We will not send you a physical ticket . The confirmation email you receive after completing your order will serve as your ticket.

• Please make sure to purchase your gym ticket in advance or as soon as you enter the facility. Tickets cannot be purchased after use.

• Tickets can only be used by the person who purchased them . However, if the person using the ticket is a high school student or younger, a guardian may purchase the ticket on their behalf.

• Payment must be made by credit card. Other cashless payments, cash, or bank transfers are not accepted.

First-time bonus

If you purchase three one-month tickets at the same time, the 10,000 yen registration fee will be waived.

Discounts for long-term use

• Save 1,800 yen by purchasing a 6-month ticket

• Save 7,200 yen by purchasing a 12-month ticket

MBC Gym Terms of Use

Basic Rules

• Those who do not follow the rules will be warned and may be forced to leave the club. In the case of forced leave, membership fees and registration fees will not be refunded.

• Trial users and non-member visitors must also abide by the terms and conditions.

Gym usage rules

1. When you enter the building, please write your name and the time of your visit in the entry record book at reception.

2. Please wear training clothes and indoor shoes when training .

3. Please keep your valuables and luggage with you at your own risk.

4. Please follow the instructions of the staff .

5. Training under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.

6. Please set up safety racks appropriately to prevent accidents.

7. Please refrain from any behavior that may be a nuisance to other users.

8. Do not train with excessive weights or dangerous form.

9. Use tools and equipment in the correct manner.

   • If damage occurs due to improper use, you will be required to pay compensation for the damage.

10. Please separate your trash and wash plastic bottles and cans before throwing them away.

11. Defamation of the gym or other members on social media is prohibited.

Rules when staff are absent (members only)

• Users are responsible for locking and unlocking the doors when entering and leaving the building .

• Upon final departure, please be sure to:

  • Turn off the lights.

  • Turn off electrical equipment (such as spot coolers and fans).

  • Lock the door.

• If you lose your key, you will be required to pay the key cylinder replacement fee.

Noise

Please be mindful of the reasons why the old MBC Gym was closed and strictly adhere to noise control measures.

1. From 9pm to 8pm, loud noises during deadlifts are prohibited. Make sure to lower slowly and in a controlled manner.

2. Dropping the barbell from overhead during the clean and jerk is prohibited.

3. Please do not talk loudly in the parking lot or outside the gym, especially at night.

4. When using the facility at night, please keep the windows and entrances closed to prevent noise from leaking outside.

Parking

• Parking on the street is prohibited. If there are complaints from neighbors, you may be forced to leave the facility .

• If the parking lot is full, please use the nearby paid parking lot.

Eligibility for Membership

• Only those who staff have confirmed can train safely alone are allowed to use the facility 24 hours a day .

• We will refuse membership to anyone who uses prohibited drugs, has ties to organized crime, or who staff deem unsuitable.

  • If any such incident is discovered, you will be removed from the membership.

Use by junior high school students and younger

• Children will only be accepted if they join together with a parent or guardian and use the facilities together with their guardian.

For beginners and high school students

• Use is limited to hours when staff are present or in conjunction with veteran members.

Powerlifting Athletes' Rules

• If a doping violation is found, you will be forced to leave the gym and will have to pay a fine to the gym.

Disclaimer

• The gym is not responsible for any theft or loss within the gym or parking lot.

• The same applies to accidents and injuries that occur during training.

General Membership (Available 24 hours)

• Registration fee: 10,000 yen (tax included)

• Monthly fee: 6,000 yen (tax included)

Visitor membership (available 24 hours a day)

• Registration fee: 10,000 yen (tax included)

• Usage fee: 1,500 yen (tax included)

Use by non-member visitors

• Usage fee: 1,500 yen (tax included)

  • Only available for use with members or when staff are present.

Trial Use

• Usage fee: 100 yen (tax included)

  • One time only.

  • Only available for use with members or when staff are present.

Notes on purchasing tickets

• Please purchase a one-month ticket by the first day of use in that month.

  • Example: If the first use date is September 5th, purchase by September 5th.

Switch between regular membership and visitor membership

• It's free and you will be automatically switched to a Visitor membership.

  • If you do not purchase a one-month ticket, you will automatically be switched to a visitor membership.
