Important points to note when returning an item :

• Must contact us in advance by email or phone
• The product will need to be repackaged in its original packaging
• The outer packaging must be kept for 30 days after delivery.
• The following fees will be incurred for returns due to customer's convenience: shipping fee, return shipping fee, refund fee, settlement fee
• Products other than MBC original equipment cannot be returned after opening.

Assembly precautions

• Tools required:
  • 2 x 19mm spanner/wrench
  • 17mm spanner/wrench x 1
• Iron sand removal : Iron sand may remain inside the frame. It is recommended to remove it from the hole before assembly.
• Tightening the bolts : Use hand tools, not power tools

Note

• Storage precautions : Storing the product upright on a sloping or soft floor may pose a risk of it falling over.
• Presence of iron sand : Particles that got in during pre-painting processing, no problem in use
• Caution when assembling : Overtightening the bolts may damage the screw holes on the seat.
