Important points to note about the MBC Adjustable Bench

Precautions when setting up the back pad
If the back pad of the MBC Adjustable Bench is raised too high, it may interfere with the rack below.

Measures for specific racks

• MBC Half Rack Standard 210cm Type 1

  • By moving the base support, the back pad can be stood up and used.
  • To move the support, you need the following parts:
    • Bolt M20 x 110cm x 4
    • Nut M20 x 4
  • These can be purchased at any home improvement store.

• MBC Squat Stand Standard 210cm and 180cm

  • Since the support pole cannot be moved, it is recommended that it be used primarily as a flat bench.
  • However, by switching the J-cup and safety to the other side and placing the adjustable bench in the opposite direction, it is also possible to use it across the support pole (for taller people).
