The Sumo Sole Gen 1 (SSG1) was created in response to community requests for a deadlift shoe with even more traction and grip compared to the original Notorious Lifters Gen2.
The SSG1 features an aggressive "Noslipgrip" traction pattern and high sidewalls to keep your foot from slipping inside the shoe, even during wide deadlifts.
These two features combined with the dual straps provide the user with a locked-in and extremely strong grip.
